Original Italian title: Che fanno i nostri supermen tra le vergini della jungla? (What are our supermen doing among the Jungle's virgins?)

This was the third entry in a series of films featuring a trio of offbeat superheros, the previous being The Three Fantastic Supermen (1967) and Three Supermen at Tokyo (1968).

Followed by Supermen Against the Orient and The Three Supermen in the West, both in 1973.

Brad Harris is known for his appearances in sword and sandal classics such as Goliath Against the Giants (1961) and The Fury of Hercules (1962).

Previous film credits for actor Jorge Martin include The Invincible Gladiator (1961).

Sal Borgese was also a stuntman whose work includes the 1964 peplum films Hercules Against the Moon Men, Revolt of the Barbarians and Spartacus and the Ten Gladiators.

The film's cast also included Frank Braña, who would later appear in Tarzán y el tesoro Kawana (1975) and Freddie of the Jungle (1981).
