Returning in the role of Zeus, Claudio Cassinelli previous films include Slave of the Cannibal God (1978) and The Island of the Fishmen (1979).

Also returning from the first film is actor William Berger (King Minos) who had previously appeared as Mogo in 1983's Ironmaster.

The production filmed on location in Italy.
