Filmed on location in the Philippines, this horror film was directed by Eddie Romero whose previous credits include Brides of Blood (1968) and The Mad Doctor of Blood Island (1969).

Filipino character actor Victor Diaz (in the role of Satan) would later appear with star John Ashely in 1973's Beyond Atlantis, which was also direced by Eddie Romero.

Victor Diaz passed in 2006 at the age of 74.
