An American cavalry brigade is sent to a Filipino village in 1902 so as to put an end to guerilla resistance in the surrounding jungle.

Co-directed by Eddie Romero, whose other films include Brides of Blood (1968), Beast of the Yellow Night (1971) and Beyond Atlantis (1973),

The cast included actor William (Bill) Phipps who had previously appeared in 1955's Lord of the Jungle starring Johnny Sheffield as Bomba the Jungle Boy.

This Filipino-American western was filmed on location in the Philippines.

Although filmed in 1958, the movie was not released in the United States until 1963.
