Sabu is cast as Tipo Tairu, a boxer in training for a light heavyweight championship fight in Los Angeles, who is called upon to return to his Indo-Chinese island homeland.

Sabu would later appear in Jaguar (1956), Sabu and the Magic Ring (1957) and Rampage (1963).
