Fans of the series please note:

On the Lionsgate DVD release of Beastmaster: The Complete Series this episode is missing 5.14 minutes of footage starting at the 33.05 minute mark, resulting in the loss of important story elements.

Runtime of Amazons on disc 1 of the Lionsgate set is only 37.39 minutes of what is a 42.53 minute episode.

The now OOP (out-of-print) ADV Films releases of both Beastmaster: Season One and also Beastmaster: Complete Collection presents the episode Amazons in it's entirety.

Another option, but OOP, is the Alliance Films full screen Canadian DVD release of Beastmaster: Season One which also presents this episode unedited.
